Before submitting your rental request, please read the Cleary University Terms & Conditions.
In order to accept your request you must agree to these terms and conditions.
All reservations will be on a first come, first serve basis. In order to make an inquiry, please complete the no obligation Online Rental Inquiry Form. Once that has been received, the room will be placed on hold. After services have been agreed upon and all required deposits and documents (Facility Rental, Set-Up, & Catering Confirmation, Terms and Conditions, and if applicable, liability insurance naming Cleary University as an additional insured) have been completed and signed, your reservation will be confirmed. All rental fees are invoiced for after the event occurs, unless it is a Social Event which requires a 50% deposit.

, or mailed to Facility Rental at 3750 Cleary Drive, Johnson Center, Howell, MI 48843, or dropped off in person to Darla Hargraves at the Johnson Center.
Once you have submitted the Online Rental Inquiry Form, you will receive an automated response and a reply within two business days. If you need a faster response, please email firstname.lastname@example.org directly.
