Before submitting your rental request, please read the Cleary University Terms & Conditions.
In order to accept your request you must agree to these terms and conditions.
All reservations will be on a first come, first serve basis. When the Online Rental Request Form has been received, the room will be placed on hold. Once all required deposits and documents (Facility Rental, Set-Up, & Catering Confirmation, Terms and Conditions, and if applicable, liability insurance naming Cleary University as an additional insured) have been completed and signed, your reservation will be confirmed. All rental fees are invoiced for after the event occurs, unless it is a Social Event which requires a 50% deposit.

, mailed to Facility Rental at 3750 Cleary Drive, Johnson Center, Howell, MI 48843, or dropped off in person to Darla Hargraves at the Johnson Center.
Once you have submitted the Online Rental Request Form, you will receive an automated response and a reply within two business days. If you need a faster response, please email email@example.com directly.
