Robert has over 14 years experience in advertising, business planning,
business law, financial management and analysis, entrepreneurship, marketing
(offline and online), strategic planning, and business start-ups. For the
last ten years, Robert has taught as a Professor in the areas of Business
Management, Marketing, Business law, Electronic Marketing, Entrepreneurship,
Negotiations, and Finance. Mr. Bellenir has authored numerous articles in
the field and is a professor at Cleary University and Siena Heights
University in the areas of negotiations, strategic management, marketing,
business law, and business management. Further, Mr. Bellenir designed and
implemented the Negotiations and New Media Theory courses as part of the
Cleary University business curriculum. Robert has actively participated in
many successful start-up ventures, including companies operating in the
areas of finance, information technology, manufacturing, and online retail.
As a management consultant, he has developed business plans, financial
models, electronic marketing campaigns, bank financing proposals, and white
papers used to successfully to start of grow many businesses. While a
student in the University Detroit-Mercy’s MBA program, where he majored in
Marketing and Finance, Robert co-founded one of the first sub-prime finance
companies that provided financial services to the growing manufactured
housing market. Robert also has extensive, hands-on experience managing
cross-functional teams comprised of marketing, business development,
engineering, customer support, design, research, and third-party vendors.
Robert’s industry experience includes, online retailing, professional
services, information technology, and manufacturing.
Robert has a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, an M.B.A.
from the University Detroit-Mercy, and a B.A. in Political Science/Pre-Law
from Michigan State University. Robert is also a Registered Financial
Planner (RFP) and Certified Marketer (CM). Robert is a Certified Mediator
with the State of Michigan and has completed facilitations and mediations in
business transactions, employment and labor law, commercial transactions,
real estate, insurance, construction, technology, e-commerce disputes,
proprietary rights, and probate cases.
