Whether students want to focus on the Culinary Management associate program or a Hospitality Management bachelor program, Cleary meets the need of both the students and the industry. Graduates are able to pursue careers in a variety of areas, including fine dining, institutional and health care facilities, hotels, resorts, food trucks/ catering, and food service entrepreneur.
We offer multiple class times and schedules so that students can pursue their dreams while also living on campus or balancing work, family and school. With opportunities to get involved at Cleary in the Johnson Event Center or community events, students can gain additional experience in the kitchen — and feel confident starting a career in the food industry
This hands-on instructional education experience allows a student to complete two degrees in four years. Student have the opportunity to complete an externship in both disciplines that further enable them to gain valuable hours of related work experience for credit. Industry recruiters are eager to employ Cleary graduates with this level of preparation and versatility.
