Grant Application

Guidelines
Applicants must be affiliated with Cleary University through current faculty, staff, student or student organization.
Grants of between $250 and $5,000 will be awarded.
Requests must be for funds that are not included in the operating budget. Funds will be administered by the Cleary University business office.
Approved grant projects must be completed within 1 year and must be financially feasible with any other committed funds identified.
Any publicity of a funded project will be handled by Cleary University.
Grants will be based on how the project supports Cleary University’s Mission, Vision and Values.
View the Mission, Vision and Values. Grants are awarded at the sole discretion of Helen’s Circle.
If the grant application does not meet the required criteria or the deadline, it will not be reviewed. Application must be typed and submitted electronically, by mail, fax or email.
The application deadline is March 1, 2013. Applications will be reviewed and awarded announced no later than June 30, 2013. The applicant (s) may be required to present the project to the Helen’s Circle members at their May meeting.
The final project summary is due to Helen’s Circle at the end of the one year period. Projects with approved time extensions are required to submit a progress summary report at the end of the one year period and then a final project summary is due at the time the extension expires.
