Graduate Assistant: ENROLLMENT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR--Washtenaw County
1. Coordinate recruiting activities to generate new student leads.
2. Identify, assess, pursue, coordinate and develop Business and Community College Partnerships to generate student leads.
3. Schedule & conduct information sessions, presentations, and other activities to promote awareness of Cleary University and generate student leads.
4. Form lead referral relationships with current students, staff, alumni, faculty, community colleges, community organizations, and businesses within the geographic area.
5. Collaborate with marketing department to assist with lead generating efforts for assigned area.
6. Participate in “best-practice sharing” with other recruitment staff.
7. Maintain prospect/lead pool, follow up as needed, and assist potential students at each stage of the conversion process to registration.
8. Attend Cleary University events, promote the university and generate student leads.
9. Maintain thorough knowledge of all academic programs, admissions requirements and processes, as well as knowledge of available financial assistance, guidelines and policies.
Bachelor’s degree required. One to three years’ experience in higher education admissions or sales management experience required. A flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend hours; must be organized, motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of customer service principles. Computer competency.
