Basic Function: 
Support the administrative activities of the Office of Communications
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Basic administrative duties including database management, filing, answering the phones and returning vendor/advertiser phone calls.
2. Event planning and execution support.
3. Assistance with maintenance of Cleary’s social media channels and website.
4. Track advertising schedules.
5. Monitor departmental supplies and orders.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Supervised By: 
Executive Director of Communications and Marketing
Minimum Requirements: 

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
2. Excellent proofreading skills
3. Detail-oriented
4. Ability to multitask
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and various Internet and social medial platforms
7. Outgoing personality
8. Knowledge of desktop publishing a plus
