Cleary University Men’s Soccer Team Signs Bedford High School’s Hice

Devin Hice, a senior at Bedford High School, has signed a letter of intent to play soccer for Cleary University.

"Devin is an extremely hard working athlete on and off of the field,” said Thomas Greeley, soccer coach for Cleary University. “He has a great work ethic and is a solid defensive center back.”

“Cleary is a new program and its gives me the opportunity to play soccer at the college level, which has been my dream,” said Hice.

Hice, a center back, was the team captain for Bedford, leading them to a 11-4-4 record. Hice was a two-year-varsity player and letter winner. He also won the Scholar-Athlete Award.

“I like Cleary because it’s a smaller college that provides a more personal experience with teachers and other students,” Hice said.
