7. A marshal will indicate when you should go to the staging area.  Upon reaching the stage, students should give their name card to Dean Franklin for reading.  Proceed across the stage to receive your diploma cover, alumni pin, and to be greeted by the faculty.  The faculty will form a receiving line to congratulate the graduates.  As you exit the stage, continue on to the receiving line to be greeted by the faculty.

8. President Sullivan will confer your degree.  When directed to do so by President Sullivan, move your tassel to the left side of your cap.

9. Undergraduate Students may keep their cap, gown, tassel, and any honor cords.  Graduate students may retain their tassles.  Hoods are available for sale by contacting the Cleary bookstore.  Your diploma will be mailed after all academic and financial obligations are completed; diplomas take approximately three months to process following completion of your academic requirements.

The Alumni Association welcomes the Class of 2008.  Happily accept the congratulations of friends, family, Cleary faculty and staff, and your Alumni Association.
