STEP ONE: Logging Into Your Student Portal
The Student Portal contains information concerning your registration, financial aid, and tuition statement. It is important you check the Student Portal to make sure your registration is accurate and to review your tuition statement. STEP TWO: Logging Into Your Email
All students are assigned a University email address. It’s the student’s responsibility to be aware of and to read all University correspondence sent to the student’s University e-mail address by Cleary University faculty and administration. Login into Email Instructions

STEP THREE: Financial Aid
The Office of Financial Aid encourages all students to apply for financial aid even if they think they are not eligible, as assistance is available on a need and non-need basis. Students should make sure they have completed the online FAFSA application. Student’s can review their financial aid package and review what documents they may be missing in Cleary’s Student Portal. Contact the Financial Aid office with any questions.
STEP FOUR: Paying Tuition
Once you are registered for classes, you are fully responsible for tuition and fees. Cleary offers students multiple payment options including a 50/50 or Three-Payment plan. Students may pay their tuition bill using financial aid, cash, check, or charge, (Visa, MC, Discover, and AmEx) Employer Voucher, or Payment Plans.
STEP FIVE: Register for Academic Success Workshop
The Academic Success Workshop is part of New Student Orientation. The workshop introduces students to Cleary’s online learning environment, how to prepare for class, review academic expectations, and research resources and tools. Select the Academic Success Workshop designed for you and register to attend.
STEP SIX: Ordering Textbooks
- Visit your Cleary’s Online Bookstore
- Select your courses from your schedule
- View your course materials and select your preferred format

STEP SEVEN: New Student Orientation
Orientation is designed for new students and students returning during the 2017 Spring semester. As part of orientation, students are required to complete the BAC 1000 Foundations in Undergraduate Studies course and attend an Academic Success Workshop. Students will access the BAC 1000 or MBA 5000 by logging into Moodle, Cleary’s online course management system.
