David Q. Itsell is a long-time Howell resident--he comes from one of the historical families within the community. Mr. Itsell has been a restaurateur in both Brighton and Howell and for the past 20 years, has been the owner/operator of the Ditch Witch store in Howell. His term ends on January 1, 2013.
