Doris Simmons has an extensive background in fitness training, consulting, and athletics. The former United States Marine earned a BA in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan-Division of Kinesiology in 2004 and a certificate in Business Sales and Marketing from Washtenaw Community College in 2008. She served as the assistant coach for the University of Michigan’s Women’s Track and Field team from 2005 to 2007.
