Joseph C. Parker is CEO and owner of C & B Machinery and president of Allen/Parker Investments, LLC. He is also the owner of Howell Land Development, Simply Joe’s, and 50% owner of Howell Investments. Mr. Parker was named the 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year, Michigan Great Lakes Region, Ernst and Young and has served on multiple boards including a term as Chemung Hills Country Club’s president. A native Detroiter, Mr. Parker graduated from Redford Union High School and as he puts it, he is a life student of the University of Hard Knocks. His term ends on January 1, 2013.
