Nina I. McClelland, Ph.D. is the retired president and CEO of National Sanitation Foundation International. She previously served as vice president, Technical Services, for six years. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Toledo, and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. Dr. McClelland has edited several books on the subject of on-site wastewater treatment, and published many technical papers. She now serves as the Dean of the College of Arts and Science at the University of Toledo. Her term ends on January 1, 2011.
