Cleary University Signs Articulation Agreement with Concordia University

September 26, 2011—Ann Arbor, Mich.—Cleary University, the area’s premier specialized business university, has partnered
with Concordia University Ann Arbor.
An articulation agreement signed with Concordia will enable Concordia students to take in-class and on-line courses at Cleary
University to supplement their business courses at Concordia. The benefits for Concordia students include the following:
 The additional business courses offered at Cleary University will allow Concordia business students to pursue
concentrations in Business Development & Sales, Business Management, Corporate Communications & Public
Relations, Entrepreneurship, Health Care Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing & New Media, and
Sustainability Management.
 Concordia students will be positioned to take courses at Cleary which can be applied toward both their undergraduate
degree at Concordia University and an MBA degree at Cleary University.
“Cleary University and Concordia University share a common bond of independence within our pluralistic educational system
and also share a common interest in providing the best possible education for students,” said Cleary University President Tom
Sullivan. “Because of this, we are pleased to execute this new articulation agreement with Concordia that will allow their
qualified graduates to seamlessly migrate to the Cleary University Master of Business Administration program, as well as to
apply specific courses in selective business majors to the Concordia baccalaureate degree.”
Concordia University Interim CEO Dr. Russell L. Nichols is also excited about the partnership between the two universities.
“We are delighted to be associated with Cleary University, and to position our students to avail themselves of courses at Cleary
University to round-out their business education,” said Nichols. “We also believe that our CUAA students will bring insights
and perspectives that will add to the discourse in their classes at Cleary.”
