The Records Office provides student and alumni services such as:
- Student records and transcripts
- Graduation audits and information
- VA certification
Students may request an official transcript by ordering through the Parchment storefront located at: https://exchange.parchment.com/send/adds/index.php?main_page=login&s_id=aSgHojQfp9D3IOKm
The cost for each transcript is $7.50.
Unofficial copies of transcripts may be requested by sending an email to the Records Office at email@example.com. The unofficial transcript copy will be sent as a pdf file to your email address.

Applying for Graduation
An application for graduation must be submitted to the Records Office by March 1 for the May Commencement ceremony. Applications can be accessed in the Student Portal. Please contact the Records Office or your Academic Advisor to verify enrollment or degree completion. More Graduation and Commencement information
A duplicate diploma copy is available for $20. Diplomas will not be released until all accounts have been settled with the Business Office. Please allow up to two months for processing.
