Records Office

The Records Office provides student and alumni services such as:

  • Student records and transcripts
  • Graduation audits and information
  • VA certification

Student Transcripts

Students may request an official or unofficial transcript by completing the transcript request form and submitting it to the Records Office by mail, fax, or email.  Requests for official transcripts require a fee of $5.00 and should accompany the request form.  Checks are accepted by mail or in person.  A credit card can be used by contacting the Business Office at 517.338.3320.  Upon receipt of the signed transcript request form and payment, please allow four business days for processing the request provided all financial obligations to the University have been satisfied.

Please note that official transcripts will delivered by mail.  Unofficial copies can be delivered by mail or email and there is no cost for unofficial transcripts.  Current students may also view transcripts via the Student Portal.

Cleary University accepts all payment methods. To pay by credit card, please call the Business Office at 517.338.3320 or provide credit card information with request.

Applying for Graduation

An application for graduation must be submitted to the Records Office by March 1 for the May Commencement ceremony.  Applications can be accessed in the Student Portal. Please contact the Records Office or your Academic Advisor to verify enrollment or degree completion. More Graduation and Commencement information

Diploma Request 

A duplicate diploma copy is available for $15. Diplomas will not be released until all accounts have been settled with the Business Office.  Please allow up to two months for processing.

VA Certification
