Students who wish to participate in Cleary University study abroad courses and programs enroll in these for regular university credit associated with that course/program, which is covered by existing academic regulations. Students should meet with their academic advisor to enroll in these programs. A student must be in good academic standing to participate in study abroad. Students who wish to participate in external study abroad programs (those hosted by another institution or an external consortium or third party provider) must meet with an academic advisor to document any transferability of credits back to Cleary University and must abide by all policies and procedures established by Cleary and by the external program provider. A student must be in good academic standing to participate in external programs. Students enrolling in Study Abroad must abide by the university’s student Code of Conduct and abide by any additional behavioral policies instituted for that location or venue.
