Nearly 91 percent of Cleary University students receive some amount of federal, state or institutional financial aid. As director of financial aid, Elizabeth Peters encourages all students to apply for aid, including grants and scholarships, whether they think they are eligible or not. Peters and her staff guide them through the process every step of the way.
Peters graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint. She has spent her career at Cleary, working her way up from senior financial aid adviser and senior financial aid coordinator to her current post.
Peters helps students navigate filling out their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and explore all of the grants, scholarships, loans and work-study programs available to them.
“I love that Cleary is a close community that supports its students and employees,” she says. “I believe business lays the foundation for endless career possibilities.”
