Patrick Roger Cleary II is the retired Vice-President and General Manager of the Warfare Systems Division of Litton PRC, Inc. and the retired commanding officer of a U.S. naval aviation squadron. Mr. Cleary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of the National Defense University, the Armed Forces Staff College, and the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School. Mr. Cleary is the grandson of the University founder, P.R. Cleary; he received an honorary doctorate from Cleary University in 1994. His term ends on January 1, 2013.
