The Cleary University IT Help Desk serves our campus to provide digital infrastructure and problem resolution for a wide variety of issues specific to our campus and our systems. The core of the I.T. department focuses on all non-Canvas specific issues, excluding accounts access issues to Canvas, while our Instructional Design team focuses on the delivery and design of the Canvas learning platform. To help us serve you better, please submit requests for assistance via email when able, and detail any behaviors or error messages with screenshots or recordings, if possible. Optionally, you may choose to call our main help desk number to speak to a live representative or leave a voicemail message which will forward directly to our queue.
Please keep in mind that requests will, generally, be responded to in the order which they were received and may be prioritized based on urgency and the scope of impact to users or systems. We look forward to serving you!
