Cleary Commons

The newly renovated Cleary Commons can provide you with an elegant and affordable experience for parties up to 100 people. Our caring and professional staff will help to make your special day everything you had envisioned.

About Cleary Commons

  • Cleary Commons facilities can accommodate groups of 100 people or less.
  • Cleary Commons is available for your event from mid-August to mid-May.
  • HOURS:
    • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm
    • Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.  
    • Sundays, closed
  • There may be limited availability on your preferred date because of scheduled classes or student meals.
  • Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
  • RENTAL FEES:
    • Cleary Commons Atrium (5-hour rental) – $600
    • Classroom or conference room (5-hour rental) – $200 
    • A/V set up and usage – $50

RENTALS INCLUDE
  • Water bottles
  • Projector and screen usage
  • AV setup – please bring your laptop.
  • Seating for up to 50 people
AVAILABILITY
  • Monday through Friday, 4 to 8 pm.
COST
  • Up to 25 people ($250)
  • 25 to 50 people ($350)

Light snacks, beverage, coffee and tea service also are available at an additional fee.

The Cleary Commons Atrium

The Cleary Commons Atrium is home to a beautiful grand piano available for use during your event. Please inquire for additional information.
