Lisa Wendland, MBA, is an adjunct professor at Cleary University, where she teaches courses in strategic communications, public relations, marketing, and analytics.

Wendland holds a B.A. in Media Arts & Technology from Michigan State University, specializing in data-driven media strategy and tech integration. She later completed her MBA at Central Michigan University, specializing in strategic management and global business. Additionally, she holds numerous certifications in leading marketing industry tools and software.

An accomplished Senior Director of Owned Media, Wendland has held roles at Blue Wheel Media and Tinuiti, driving multimillion-dollar growth through strategic scaling initiatives while working with Fortune 500 companies throughout her 15-year career. She also held leadership positions in academia, such as Director of Digital Strategy at Central Michigan University, where she spearheaded a multimillion-dollar digital experience platform (DXP) transformation project. Her expertise in corporate strategy, digital transformation, and leadership development makes her a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
