Featuring the Aaron Berofsky Ensemble

The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra’s Public Chamber Series highlights small ensembles of A2SO musicians performing both beloved classical works and vibrant contemporary pieces in intimate community venues across Southeast Michigan. The series reflects the orchestra’s commitment to making chamber music accessible and creating meaningful musical connections with audiences throughout the region.

The ensemble is led by A2SO Concertmaster Aaron Berofsky, joined by Alaina Bercilla, Timothy Michling, Kathryn Votapek, and Megan Yip.

Together, the musicians will perform selections including several works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, such as:

  • Duo for Violin and Viola in B-Flat Major
  • Quartet for Flute and Strings in C Major
  • Quartet for Oboe and Strings in F Major

These works showcase the elegance, technical brilliance, and expressive power of chamber music.
