Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts are for personal use and are sent directly to you by email or mail. They are not sealed and may not be accepted by other institutions. To request one, click below:

Diploma Request

Duplicate diplomas are available for a $35 fee. Please click below to fill out the form.

In-School Deferment Form

Students requesting an in-school deferment for their loans must submit a completed in-school deferment form (click below) to the Office of the Registrar & Records. All sections of the form must be filled out in full before it can be reviewed and signed. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Student Information Changes

To update your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, or email), please send your request via email to the Office of the Registrar & Records. Be sure to include your full name, student ID number, and the specific changes you are requesting. Requests must come from your official university email account for verification purposes.
