This course provides an overview of organizational theory and behavior by studying individual and group behaviors and how these behaviors interrelate with the organization’s culture, structure, systems, and goals. Course topics include motivation and reward, conflict, power, leadership,
decision making, organizational structure and culture, and organizational change and development.
