This course will introduce you to the use of project management tools and software to plan, design, and facilitate effective initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. While you can use a variety of software packages or combinations of software, they need to assess a variety of custom tools. Case studies are used throughout this course because the goal is to give students as much of a real-world feel as is possible. Upon completion of this course, you should be able to plan and manage a project using appropriate software applications. Prerequisite: PJM3500.
