This course introduces the tasks and challenges fundamental to project management. Topics include how to manage teams, schedules, risks, and resources to effectively achieve project objectives from time, cost, and quality perspectives. Case studies are incorporated into the course, allowing you to apply knowledge and skills associated with negotiating, selecting, initiating, planning, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and terminating a project. The implications of managing projects in an international setting are also assessed and ethical principles in managing projects are evaluated in this course.Â
