I’m locked out of the Student Portal or my password for the Student Portal does not work.

  • Currently the Student Portal has sign-in information separate from the rest of our systems. The username is not an email address, but the passwords will initially be the same as the others.
  • If you are locked out, please wait until the lockout expires as I.T. cannot clear this from our end.
  • If your password is not working, please ensure you are entering a username and not an email address. Passwords may be reset with the “Forgot Password?” link on the webpage. If you continue to have issues, please contact I.T. support.
