Due to the current regulations with COVID-19 Cleary University will not require the Notarized Letter of Residency.
However, in order to complete the process of submitting the waiver, the student will need to submit a digital copy of their driver’s license, state ID, or passport with their permanent residency by attaching it below. A bill, letter, etc. with the name and mailing address will not be accepted as a permanent address.
