8 am to 12 pm | Move-In
2 to 4:30 pm | Orientation for parents and students
4:30 to 5:30 pm | Parent social hour
5 to 5:30pm | Resident hall floor meeting
5:30 to 8:30pm | Student and parent food trucks and fun
The following morning, an additional Academic Orientation for students only will be held on Saturday, August 23 from 10 AM-12 PM at the Cleary Commons. You will:
This session is MANDATORY for all new and continuing international students.
We’ll review essential topics, including:
✔️ Academic requirements and attendance policies
✔️ Financial responsibilities
✔️ Form I-20 guidelines and reporting requirements
✔️ Employment rules for F-1 students
✔️ Risks and consequences of falling out of status
Your attendance is required to remain in good standing.
