Gerrod Parchmon is a Managing Director at JPMorganChase, where he leads Regulatory Change Management Governance across Consumer & Community Banking and portions of the Asset & Wealth Management business — ensuring that thousands of regulatory developments across more than fifty jurisdictions each year are identified, assessed, and embedded into the business. Gerrod’s career spans more than three decades across manufacturing, auto finance, and consumer banking. He began at Chrysler at age 17 on the assembly line and rose through manufacturing and quality leadership before transitioning into financial services with Chrysler Financial, the automaker’s finance arm. He has since held senior executive roles at Bank of America, Huntington National Bank, JPMorganChase, and TD Auto Finance. Gerrod serves as Board Chair of Thrive Scholars Southeast Michigan and on the boards of Junior Achievement of Central Ohio and Pacific Coast Banking School, and formerly served on the board of directors of RouteOne. He holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University, an MBA from Northwood University, and a BBA from Cleary University, his undergraduate alma mater.
