In this course, you’ll examine the agile approach to project management. Project managers increasingly use the agile approach and utilize a Scum framework for complex and team-centric projects. This course focused on the fundamental and practical aspects of the agile approach, highlighting the value of customer focused adaptive planning, and collaborative effort. Using course content, case studies and examples, this course teaches you practical industry-standard tools and techniques that will lead to better decision-making, and desirable project outcomes using the agile methodology. Prerequisite: PMG 6050.
