Edie Reaves is a manufacturing executive with an extensive background in the automotive industry including experience in operations, quality, human resources, materials, purchasing and engineering for well over two decades. She currently works as the Chief Transformation Officer and Chief of Staff for LayerZero Power Systems LLC. Reaves is responsible for the value creation plan and strategic initiatives at LayerZero. LayerZero is an engineering company with vertically integrated full manufacturing operations specializing in mission-critical power distribution solutions, including static transfer switches, power distribution units, and remote power panels, designed for maximum reliability, safety and monitoring visibility. LayerZero is in the heart of the data center rapid growth and evolution. Prior to this position, Edie served as Chief Transformation Officer for Depot Connect International (formerly Quala and Boasso Global). Edie holds a Masters of Science in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She also attended Purdue University and obtained her Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Edie has been a Trustee at Cleary University since 2019.
