Renee Cauley loves that because Cleary is a small university, she can get to know so many students personally and help them achieve their educational goals. As a financial aid advisor, she helps to ensure that students successfully complete their FAFSA, and makes sure that they understand their financial aid options.
Cauley attended the University of Illinois in Champaign, Ill., where she earned a B.S. in business administration. She has worked as a member experience associate at Lake Trust Credit Union in Brighton; a customer service area supervisor at Kohl’s in Brighton, and a bookstore coordinator at Danville Area Community College in Danville, Ill.
“I believe business education is important, no matter where your passion or interest lies,” Cauley says. “You can apply business fundamentals to any line of work to help reach and keep customers, and to make decisions that will keep you and your company financially healthy.”
