If you are a resident at Cleary and have been advised to quarantine, show symptoms, or have a fever, contact the Director of Housing Cat Hopkins at email@example.com. to arrange delivery. The Health and Safety Team will work closely with any student in self-isolation to provide emotional support, academic support, and the safe delivery of regular meals.

Get tested for COVID-19. If you have symptoms, you should get tested immediately. If you have no symptoms, you should get tested at least 5 full days after your last exposure. You are required to report your negative or positive COVID-19 test to the Health & Safety Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Regardless of vaccination status, if you have been exposed to COVID-19, you will need to follow these steps:
Residential students who test positive for COVID-19 will be isolated in a separate space in student housing. They will be asked to isolate themselves in their own room/suite if an alternative space is unavailable. We understand that this isolate-in-place arrangement may present concerns for roommates who have not yet tested positive and are asymptomatic. Students living in residence halls with a roommate who tests positive for COVID-19 are considered a “close contact” and must follow exposure guidelines.
The current guidance is to stay home for at least 5 days after the symptoms begin if testing positive for COVID-19.
Students should notify their professors about COVID-related absences. Students are not allowed to attend classes or events on campus during this time. Employees are not allowed in their office or on campus during this time.
If living on campus, you will have meals delivered, but you must contact the Director of Housing, Cat Hopkins, at email@example.com. to arrange delivery.
The Health and Safety Team will work closely with any student in self-isolation to provide emotional support, academic support, and the safe delivery of regular meals.
If you test positive for COVID, you must notify Cleary’s Health and Safety Team by emailing Heather Bateman, SVP of Operations at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-686-1183 ext: 1701
